Preparing for the Art/Wine Fundraiser to benefit Modjeska Canyon Animal Rescue

This coming Saturday September 23rd, 2017 I will be a vendor again for the Art/Wine Fundraiser for the Animal Rescue in Modjeska Canyon. I have been working on some new watercolor and colored pencil drawings, still experimenting with both mediums. I am really enjoying the learning process.

This is a recent drawing of Blackstar Canyon. I also have been doing more drawings of beach scenes, specifically the Cornwall England coastline. I'm a huge fan of the PBS series

Poldark and I was inspired to look for some coastal images of the bluffs and sea. These originals are 6x9 and are a blend of watercolor pencils and colored pencils.

I will also have a huge selection of original art cards for sale. I will be selling these individually and in gift packages of five. The holidays are coming and these cards will make wonderful gifts. They are also suitable for framing. The cards come in two sizes: 5x7 and 6x6 as pictured here.

I will have a good selection color pencil paintings. I really enjoy drawing birds, sunflowers, old rural and village scenes as well as funky old alleyways.

I have posted here a few of my drawings to wet your appetite. There will be many more to choose from.

I will also have on hand drawings that are available with just a simple mat.

Make sure to look for my glass on glass mosaics. My trays and trivets will make wonderful gift selections.
